The Flaming Lips Reveal New Christmas Album

Plus new stuff from Pink and Lou Reed

As expected, The Flaming Lips will release a new CD on November 10 called 'Christmas on Mars'. The album is the soundtrack to the movie of the same name that was premiered back in May.


Christmas on Mars will be the follow up to 2006's At War With The Mystics album which peaked at number 6 in the UK charts.

Lou Reed to Release Live Berlin Album

A live version of Lou Reed's classic album Berlin is released later this year under the title of Berlin: Live at St. Ann's Warehouse. The album was recoded at St. Ann's Warehouse in Brooklyn New York over a four-day period in December 2006. The digital date release of the album is September and a physical CD will be available on October 20/21

Pink Readies Fifth Album

Pink has revealed that her fifth studio album will be called 'Funhouse' and it will be released on October 27/28 with the following confirmed tracks:


'Ave Maria', 'Bad Influence', 'Boring', 'Don't Leave Me', 'I Don't Believe You', 'One Foot Wrong', 'Sober', 'So What', 'This Is How It Goes' and 'What Do You Want From Me?'
