Garbage Plan Comeback

Garbage Plan Comeback

Plus new stuff from Killing Joke and Massive Attack

Garbage could be about to end their 5 year hiatus by entering the studio to record some new material. The band have not released an album since 2005's 'Bleed Like Me' but lead singer Shirley Manson has writen on her Facebook wall "Guess who I just spent a week in the studio with?" Would you be pleased if I said one of them was called Steve and one of them was called Duke and another was a Grammy-winning producer?"

The 'Grammy-winning producer' was band member Butch Vig who co-produced Green Day's '21st Century Breakdown' album.

Killing Joke Set for April Fool

Killing Joke are set to release a new album on April 5th called 'Feast Of Fools'.

The album will be the band's 13th studio effort and the follow up to 2006's 'Hosannas From The Basements Of Hell' which is described by the Quitus as "a return to KJ mark1 with equally strong personalities pulling in different directions".

The band are to plug the new album by playing a handful of dates throughout Europe in April before heading across the Atlantic for shows in New Work and LA.

Massive Attack Plan New EP

Massive Attack, who released their new album Heligoland on Monday 8th February, are planning a new EP to be released in the spring.

Robert '3D' Del Naja has told BBC 6Music that "It will probably be made up of tracks that we didn't put on this record (Heligoland), and maybe some new stuff as well" He also added that one of tracks called 'Red Light' was co-written with Elbow's Guy Garvey.
