Badly Drawn Boy is to release a brand new studio album on December 14th called 'Is There Nothing We Could Do?'

The singer songwriter from Manchester, who won the Mercury Music Prize back in 2000 for he's debut effort 'The Hour of Bewilderbeast' has recorded 14 new tracks for the follow up to 2006's Born in the UK and they are:

'Opening Theme', 'Is There Nothing We Could Do?', 'A Gentle Touch', 'All The Trimmings', 'Welcome Me To Your World', 'Guitar Medley', 'Is There Nothing We Could Do? (Reprise)', 'Big Brian Arrives', 'Amy In The Garden', 'Been There', 'Verified', 'Just Look At Us Now', 'Wider Than A Smile', 'Piano Theme',' The Letter', 'I'll Carry On'


Tindersticks Return

Tindersticks are to release their eighth studio album on January 25th and it will be called 'Falling Down A Mountain'. The follow up to 2008's 'The Hungry Saw' was recorded at the band’s own Le Chien Chanceux studio in rural France and at ICP in Brussels between May and July 2009 and mixed at Le Chien’ in September and October.

More Silver Youth

On December 14th Sonic Youth will re-release their 1998 EP 'Silver Session' with silver versions of 'Panties', 'Breeze', 'Flower', 'Wax', 'Lips', 'Loop', 'Shirt' and 'Son'
